Pipeline emulsifier
Core Features
Precise and controllable fine pores: The distribution of through-going fine pores is narrow, and their size can be flexibly customized within the range of 0.05μm to 50μm, ensuring emulsification uniformity.
Significant performance advantages: temperature resistance up to 500℃, excellent mechanical strength and thermal insulation, and the surface can be chemically modified to achieve hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties or introduce organic functional groups.
Strong stability and corrosion resistance: It is resistant to most reagents except strong alkaline liquids and hydrofluoric acid, and is not eroded by mold or bacteria. The three-dimensional microporous structure ensures stable performance.
Product specifications and customization: Standard tubing: 10mm (outer diameter φ10mm±0.5mm, length 10-500mm, fine pore size 0.1-50μm) specifications, supporting various customization options such as special surface processing.
Technology and Adaptability: By utilizing direct emulsification (particle size is 3-4 times the pore size) and permeation emulsification (particle size ≤ pore size), the particle size can be flexibly controlled. It is adaptable to O/W, W/O, W/O/W, and S/O/W emulsions, meeting the needs of different systems.
Core applications: optimizing product texture in the cosmetics field, achieving high encapsulation efficiency of active ingredients in the pharmaceutical field, and adapting to industrial-grade emulsification systems in the chemical products field, covering core needs across multiple industries.
Usage and Accessories: Operation should avoid high temperatures, strong acids and alkalis, and excessive pressure. Seal unused products for storage. Accessories include internal pressure type, external pressure type micro kits, and high-speed micro kits, suitable for different pressure and production capacity requirements.
