The services we provide revolve around WeChat Pay merchant business, covering payment transaction processing, account management, transaction record inquiries, fund settlement, and other functions, with the aim of offering you a convenient and efficient payment experience.

II. User Registration and Account Management

1. Registration Requirements
   When registering, you must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and ensure that the information is updated in a timely manner. If you provide false information, you will bear the corresponding consequences.

2. Account Security
   You are primarily responsible for the security of your account and must properly keep your account password to avoid disclosure. If you discover any abnormal activity on your account, you should notify us immediately. Losses caused by account leakage or theft, where not due to our fault, shall be borne by you.

III. Transaction Rules

   When conducting a transaction, please follow the process we have specified and carefully confirm the transaction information, such as the payee and amount. Losses resulting from your operational errors shall be borne by you.

IV. Service Changes and Interruptions

1. Service Changes
   We reserve the right to adjust the content and functions of the services in light of business development and market changes. We will inform you of any adjustments by means of announcements or similar methods. Your continued use of the services will be deemed as your acceptance of the changes.

2. Service Interruptions
   Due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure and other factors, services may be temporarily interrupted. We will make every effort to give prior notice and to restore services as soon as possible. For any losses incurred during the interruption period, we will not be liable for compensation if they are not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

V. Termination of Service

VI. Disclaimer
We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, transaction failures, or other circumstances caused by force majeure or third‑party reasons such as network failures, system crashes, or hacker attacks. We also do not assume liability for indirect losses resulting from your use of the services, such as loss of business profits.

VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first seek to resolve it through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction.
